Training with Dr. Gina is a fun, yet challenging experience that will make you feel like you can accomplish anything.  She works to give you the results you want but also helps you work on the things you need.  

Dr. Gina is a firm believer in growing older with a healthy and functional body.  Too many people focus on the aesthetic results of personal training without considering how proper training can help you grow older without unnecessary aches and pains.  She works to first build your confidence and body awareness.  Then she moves on to perfecting your form and challenging your entire body in ways it hasn’t been before- no matter your fitness level. 

Gina understands that the value of having a trainer isn’t all about having someone create an exercise program for you.  It’s about the accountability, the extra push to work harder and complete sets and having someone guide you in executing the exercises in a safe way.
